Not that I know of. My everyday car has a Leo (in a box marked as a Bigas Pegaso) while the spare car has a Millennium and once past the initial splash screen the software is identical. If you save the settings it gives a file but with a different file extension (.leo and .mil or something like that), changing the file extension will allow you to load a saved settings file from a Leo to a Millenium and vice versa.

What are the manifold stubs for?

thank you gilbert , in that case ill use the leo , i prefer the name :)

the stubs are so that, if i choose to go megasquirt in future , like the astra and Medusa , i don't have to fit them then .

You’re doing great work, sounds tremendous. I’m trying to identify the grumbling noise but struggling, odd the way it comes and goes. Have you got the auxiliary belt on? I’m wondering if it’s something daft like waterpump bearing

Thanks jonathan ,i have got the belt on and the dynamo ,and water pump, working (although no charge ) , that will be easy to take off and see if it's that , i am tending towards the cam chain though .

Thanks Brian , it's a bit responsive :)

well the noise WAS the camchain , and a quick loosen and re adjust made it quiet

.however a new problem has occurred .when trying to start the car, it will only start if i turn the gas on then off , and when it catches turn it on . this makes me think the R90 is leaking .. if that's so, are there any favourite leak points to concentrate on ?

I'd need to recap on this thread to remember fully what issues you were having but it reads good that you've identified engine noise and fixed it by adjusting timing chain tension.

Start with the idle bypass/adjustment. If that is too far open it will allow unmetered gas to flow into the plenum even if there isn't a reducer fault.

+1 on idle bypass, screw it fully in and try it like that.
