It is such a struggle to get a fair price for LPG as there is little competition between suppliers in rural areas. Recently I was advised by a gas installer to look at the SUTHERLAND TABLES comparative domestic heating costs. This lists by area in the UK all the types of fuel for heating with an up to date average cost comparison.
It cost me £20.00 for a one off purchase for the data for my area which I thought a bit pricey, however it turned out to be the £20.00 I've spent in years! Upon reading the data in the tables I realised I was paying around 13p per litre above the average for my area!
As I was nearing the end of my contract I contacted my supplier and quoted the SUTHERLAND TABLES figures and instantly got a reduction fixed for two years down to 51.5p per litre, which saved me roughly £370.00 per year!
Definitely the best way to spend £20.00.
Google Sutherland tables if you think you are paying too much.

I like 51.5p per litre, do they list suppliers who will fill a tank for LPG vehicle purposes?
