The thing is if this worked do you not think that the F1 teams would at some point have tried it.............

Bear in mind this is the sport that tried 4 front wheels, fans sucking air from under the car, sliding skirts and a load of other things that these days we take for granted, a vaporising carb. really isn't that outlandish. More likely the bloke was just a charlatan that sold the patent to the "Big Evil Car Company" who found out they had been scammed when they couldn't get it to work, not shelved it at a quick telephone conference with the Illuminati.

I think there is something in what you say.
When all accounts are settled ,maybe it was less perfect than the carby feed go up the mountain in all weather motor.Very simple the carby feed motor which did infact get us to where the world is today.
