Agreed Value for LPG Cars

Hi
We have a 1997 Chrysler Grand Voyager with LPG conversion, two years ago it set us back the thick end of £5K plus £2K for the conversion.

With the way car price are going I'm starting to worry that if someone writes it off I'm going to get offered peanuts for it. leaving me with nowhere near enough money to replace it with something as good.

Does anyone know if any insurers will offer agreed value on an LPG car like some do for classic cars?

I'm not thinking its worth massive sums of money but £3 -£4 K would be needed to replace it.

Any advice greatfully received!

Have you thought of GAP Insurance? That insures the difference between what you paid for your car and what the Insurance Company gives you for it in the unfortunate even that it gets written off. There's a guide here:

Aww... Good idea but they only do cars upto 5years old.
My voyager is an old lady now , she'll be 12 this year!
