Hi guys, been running few cars on LPG but never knew there is a dedicated forum. Anyways, story in short. I have a BM that runs BRC system but seems like car will be broken for spares. I've also recently bought an A8 V8 which I'd like converting.
So my question is, can anyone recommend someone who could fit the BRC system to my other car? BM is a straight 6, but I assume everyhting should fit aside from injectors?
TIA

Re: LPG installer
Can depend on a few factors - one of them being the ecu in use, as some of the BRC ones only support 6 cylinders. Do you know which ECU you have? Also worth seeing if you can identify what vapouriser is being used as well to confirm if it will be up to the job on the Audi.
Tank is also a consideration, you haven't mentioned what you currently have installed, consideration would be needed to see if it will fit the new vehicle?
There are a couple of active installers on this forum - LPGC and Classicsweede. It would probabbly help to know where you are as well.

Re: LPG installer
I didn't think of that, Audi is 310hp whereas BM is 220hp. Tank is in the spare wheel well but might need to upgrade to a bigger tank.
I'll find out what ECU and reducer is fitted and update.
I'm based on Stevenage myself but really don't mind travelling for a good installer, want it to be super tidy install with as much components hidden as possible.

Re: LPG installer
The BRC ECU and it's loom removed from the 6 cylinder engine are unlikely to be compatible with an 8 cylinder setup.
Especially if you're after a tidy install on the V8 A8 BRC wouldn't be a great idea anyway.
The port injected Audi V8s can be converted, I've done a lot of them with excellent results. Different story for the direct injected Audi V8 FSI's.
