Forester 2.5XT auto

OK, we're in Northamptonshire and picked up the above 2008 SG9 model a few weeks ago, its the fine lady's car.
It replaces an Outback H6 which Tubbs converted 4 years ago complete with electronic flashlube and it's never missed a beat since, that now provides back up transport for my son and his brood, sadly it appears Tubbs is no longer installing systems.
The Forester is in good condition having only covered 28k from new, and SWMBO has decided she would after all like an LPG conversion again, it's used to carry our 3 dogs so a spare wheel well tank is the only option.
Looking for a conversion this spring because i'm going to fully rustproof the car asap (with Bilt Hamber's excellent goo) and obviously none of you fine chaps would want the job shortly after rustproofing, and i wouldn't blame you either
So, who shall i entrust the job to people, obviously local(ish) would be preferred but not essential and we'd be grateful for someone who can get the filler gauge working at least thereabouts (the Outback's led lights gauge was nothing short of useless, the Merc's was good), we previously had a Merc converted by Finedon Classic Cars (Finedon, Northants) but they are not answering the phone and when SWMBO visited the place appears to be gated locked and deserted, a great pity because Joe there did fine work.
Good quality work, fine running and long term durability of the car is more important than price.
Also is the 2.5XT a good long term bet for conversion or best left alone?
Thanks for reading, suggestions please.
