Re: System ID and assistance please
Hi, That is an ld OMVL system called 'Econ EC' - you should be able to adjust the large brass screw on that actuator to control flow as well as the vapouriser in the normal manner. The little electronic box which is taped in place should give you a lambda reading which you can check for 'toggling' w...

Re: No BRC system injectors avaialble in the UK? :-(
Just to confirm that the injectors we supplied were most certainly new but were of the older screw fitting type which are now not very common. We are waiting for a delivery of them from BRC in Italy which have been on order since early December, clearly they didn't have stock so must be manufacturin...

I think that is a fix made by Autogas Developments in Shropshire to reduce the chance of backfire on gear change which can be a problem with a mixer on P38

Just for info, not sure about the other fluids but I can categorically confirm that Flashlube is not parrafin based.

Re: tuning help on v8 coversion
Also, these mechanical injection engines really need a 'Stop KJ' emulator box to switch off petrol, if a relay is used instead, slugs of petrol can get sucked through and cause slow speed stalling.

Re: tuning help on v8 coversion
That is a Blos mixer but fitted upside down, they recommend to fit with the gas input on top, can be angled either side but must be higher than horizontal. Not certain if this has direct effect on running (or is more for longevity by allowing release of contaminants) but definitely worth spinning it...

Re: V6 Bongo conversion...
The problem is most definitely not the fact it is an AEB ECU on a 6cyl engine, not quite sure why anyone would think it was, we have supplied many hundreds of such for 6cyl (including Bongo's) without problems, suspect an underlying problem with the car or possible installation error but have not go...

Re: OMVL XXL ECU issues - workaround?
For info, the above description regarding the function of the 'enrichment in acceleration' slider is fundamentally wrong - please see below direct from the AEB software guide (apologies for the rather poor English), this also calls into question (as mentioned previously) Simon's persistance that the...

Re: Emer softwear
Simon, we wonder if the bug may be in your PC or software version?, we have not seen any such problem with V6 installs nor had reports from any other customers. There is absolutely no problem with converting V6 or 8 engines with the AEB system/software.

Hi,
The lead will be fine for your Emer ECU (or any other AEB) - you just need the Emer software which you can download from the page below :

Re: Mercedes 500 V8 LPG issues
These engines will run very successfully on LPG if a good kit is fitted and set up well. As mentioned, they will switch off cylinders as a form of 'limp' mode if they detect even a minor problem. We have found the most common cause for this is lean running, this causes poor combustion and the car de...

Dai - not sure what problems you have had with the rpm , we have never had a problem with this, if the rev display is at all incorrect we just advise connecting the brown wire.
If you have a particular problem, just let us know and we will ask the AEB technical man in Italy.

Hi, Just for reference, as I'm sure most people know, King is made by AEB who are the market leading LPG electronics producers in Italy, they also produce electronics for many other of the large Italian kit producers. The quality and function of their products, in particular the multipoint ECU's, is...

Re: What do you think of this ECU?
With due respect, the above comment about AEB Ecu's is totally unfounded. We supply many of them in varoius guises and have never had one with a 'bug' in it, also no problems with rpm reading or driving injectors if configured properly.
