as for the optimum pressure - Don't know for a specific figure, depends on what you can get acceptable injector timings with (combination of nozzle size and type of injectors has an effect on that, large nozzles can allow for lower pressure etc).

If you can see any reference to Koltec, Necam or VG392 on the bits you can see, it may be a factory fitted model. I'd suspect its a bit late to be so being a 2010 model?

Colour combinations would be DG7 for sure. I've got a DG5 on one of the Nevo installs and that is just white on the level indicator side.

If it says fly on the ECU I'd expect the fly software to be the correct one to use. Are you sure the com port 1 is correct though? Have you checked device manger in windows be be sure that its been assigned com1?

I'd guess that has something also to do with the fuel gauge arrangements, I know you've said some of them will drive the petrol gauge to show lpg level, the Ford implementaion (at least the one I had) had its own gauge on the switch like most other systems do.
