why are you using v3.03 when v4 has been out for yonks? no LPG controller is not an LPG ECU problem its a laptop issue. they started off poor but did get better, the last 3 or 4 times i used them (the last was feb.) i received my stuff the next the day, possible they are short staffed due to some staff on holiday? No excuse i know but.....

have u previously had it connected to your laptop?

i sometimes have to toggle the COM ports to get it to connect.
