An LPG Garage my recommendation - Slough

Hi all, finally got round to sorting out the X5 LPG not working. Went to BPV in Slough, they have helped me before on a LPG car. Sam, the LPG expert was terrific. It had many, many problems including a missing Fuse, disconnected wiring, broken wiring, seized Valve and a couple of leaks. He worked me...

Re: Bored? Please help me then!

Hi Brian, thanks for reply. I’ve probably named the Part wrongly! The “ thing” I’ve called the Vaporiser is attached to the Tank which is indeed fitted in the rear wheel space. A Fuel feed goes into it from the Filler and then back out towards the engine. I’ve tried to upload a wonderful Photo but I...

Re: Tank removal

Hi again, I can see this Yellow lever which I assume is the Valve. Any idea which way is Open and Closed or trial and error? I again assume that Is a Fuel Guage in the Picture, seems around Half Full?

Vac probs

Hi all, just joined, I’ve have had a few LPG cars before including a Range Rover, Mondeo and......a Bentley Mulsanne ( there’s a story there!) and now bought an old, 2002 BMW X5 that has LPG although not working at present. It needs some work but my main concern at this time are the Fault Codes my r...
